Being trans has nothing to do with if you're attracted to men or women. If you are happy with who you are then don't change anything. However, at least to me, most of the things in this thread describe a state of unhappiness. 1/
And I have been carrying this unhappiness with me my whole life, not really understanding where it came from. Most of my adult life was learning how to deal with that depression instead of figuring out where it's actually coming from. 2/

So I'll just give this advise: If you are unhappy then it absolutely pays off to figure out why that is, and then act on that information. In my case it was something I kinda always knew but always played down, never allowed myself to see how big of a deal it actually was. 3/3
