Zumindest in Österreich kann man ein Erbe auch "bedingt antreten". Dann ist die Schuldenhaftung auf die Aktiva der Verlassenschaft beschränkt. Bei minderjährigen Erben ist ein unbedingter Erbantritt sogar nur in Ausnahmen möglich.
