Hopefully it will run fine with Proton!
As a rule I only try that with games that cost under 10 dollars, or games that I'd actually boot into Windows for if it doesn't work in Linux. Otherwise it feels like betting money on something and I don't like that.

Well, I just check https://www.protondb.com/ . And I almost never buy games that don't run on Linux, because I want to support those that put effort into making it work. And I don't run Windows at all, so I have no choice
