Pharmacy: "We don't sell splints. You have to go to an ER." I guess cardboard and gaffer tape will do just fine.

i vote for homemade 3d-printed splints
I actually considered making something out of polycaprolactone mesh. But then I decided that (1) this is overkill and (2) with that finger it probably isn't the right time for involved craft projects. The cardboard thing I made really works great.
