Nothing too bad. Just a trigger finger from playing golf badly. Apparently that's a pretty common golf injury caused by gripping the club too tightly paired with vibrations in the club from accidentally hitting the ground instead of the ball.

I actually considered making something out of polycaprolactone mesh. But then I decided that (1) this is overkill and (2) with that finger it probably isn't the right time for involved craft projects. The cardboard thing I made really works great.
