Twitter Oracle: Do you think @Arm will ultimately end up making a processor core with RISC-V ISA support?

as part of the instruction space or something? or just ready to use ip?
As feature in a new of their processor IP. I would expect it to have a way of switching ISA, like they already do with Thumb and (I think) AArch64.
