Next time I meet an Enterprise Architect I'll ask about her/his favourite class. My favourite class is still the Galaxy class.
Universe-class or Nimitz-class. The former for being most futuristic and the latter for being most real.

Nitpick, there is no Nimitz class Enterprise. The CVN-65 (decomissioned)is it's own class as the first Nuclear carrier and CVN-80 will be Ford class.
