      That's a good point. Especially in U.S. where democracy too often is framed in terms of "electing leaders" instead of "electing representatives".

      Yeah, look at how Kurz promotes himself in Austria. Same sh*t. But to me at least it feels like it's a culture shift "here" and just part of the established political culture "there". But that's just my highly subjective impression. I might as well be totally wrong on this.
