It's really confusing in the US with several states and cities having the same name. At least Washington DC got rectified
Don't even get me started on streets that have the same house number multiple times in different zip codes.

Oh yes! He can be! Sometimes we even have multiple streets with the same name _in the same vicinity_ because someone thought that the tiny, barely noticeable Dr, Ave, or Street suffixes are enough to keep drivers oriented when they hardly have time to glance at the signs anyway.
