I bet they copy-pasted it into Word and decided it's acceptable for public release.
Yeah. I think it's a bought DSP IP that they just wrapped and this diagram is literally something that they screenshot from the original vendors data sheet and pasted there but they didn't make sure to make a screenshot in a high resolution.
