@oe1cxw I love PicoRV32. Any thoughts on an OCD solution for embedded C debugging? Once we can hook up debuggers and code like any another MCU we are really rocking.
A few people created derivatives of PicoRV32 with different debug units. I don't think any of those is open source tho and afaik they are usually much larger than a plain picorv32.

I think someone (tm) should simply write a uart-based gdb stub for picorv32. That would probably be sufficient for 90% of applications.
