This is just plain stupid. Even a perfectly secure e-voting system is flawed if the electorate can't be sure it's secure because they personally lack the technical knowledge to check it. From the moment you start to think about using e-voting, secrecy and non coercition goes out the window. It might be acceptable for a small percentage of voters (abroad, for example), but forgoing this property entirely is anti-democratic IMHO.
