Unfortunately I don't have a way of creating Xilinx SRs anymore, so I have no means of reporting this bug. Anyone here feels like reporting it?
Before anyone suggests I should just post it to their forum: I've posted the following bug to their forum in 2014. http://www.clifford.at/yosys/vloghammer_bugs/issue_057_vivado.html … Now, over 4 years later, it's still not fixed. So no, I'm not going to waste my time trying to report bugs through their "support forum".

@oe1cxw Good catch!This highlights more than the indifference towards the bug, a lot of work in this domain treats the tools/flows of the closed src EDA giants as golden inherently being controlled/limited by them. On the bright side Yosys,OSDA,Symbiflow etc are disrupting this
