Can we please stop calling the far side of the moon the "dark side"? It's ridiculous! It's only 3 days to new moon, so currently the far side is almost completely illuminated and the near side is almost completely dark.

I'm certain the term "dark side of the moon" for the far side of the moon predates the pink floyd album by decades if not centuries.
