In fact, I find so little, I'm starting to suspect there is a directive ("Weisung") or something similar instructing prosecutors not to prosecute such cases criminally.

#AustrianLaw I'm trying to find out how Austrian § 146 ff StGB (fraud, commercial fraud, etc) is usually applied to esoteric scams, clairvoyants, etc. But I can't seem to find any relevant rulings on RIS (and I don't have access to the full Manz database at present). Help anyone?
