And I'll also point you to this git repo that contains per-county demographic data and vote totals from previous elections: https://github.com/MEDSL/2018-elections … Both datasets identify counties by FIPS. (You'll need some special handling for Alaska.)

Unless you're doing this just for fun... It really shouldn't be this way, where ppl across the planet are so invested in the US's elections. B/c their outcomes risk breaking the seven seals, but less figuratively :/.

Hmm... "breaking the seven seals" is an interesting choice of words, considering that's what a lot of (evangelical christian) americans literally want to happen in their lifetime, especially those who vote for GOP candidates. (Don't even get me started on US-Israel relations.
