I'm troubleshooting a few *really* weird hardware issues all at the same time. One of them just went away after wiping the board with isopropanol. wtf!?

I wonder if maybe two traces weren’t connected when they should’ve been, and the isopropanol allowed enough leakage current to fix the glitch? Of course, if that were the case, the problem would’ve return pretty quickly.
