someone who isn't me discovered that the rsa key for that is easily obtainable from the binaries. i definitely do not advocate doing that
hmm.. if you are is a small commercial EDA tools company that has no way of getting IP providers to include a key_block for their tool, is it a valid option to simply extract the keys from a few other tools and support encrypted IPs that way? Asking fo a friend.

well you aren't violating copyright, so assuming you do it in Europe where that part of the EULA doesn't have force, you should be fine :p
