anyone know if using amazon's hosted fpgas requires you to accept conditions you might not want to accept?

It's a .zip file. Some of the files in there are simple and self-explanatory, others aren't. Xlinx's https://www.rapidwright.io is supposed to help with reading/writing dcp files, but something happened and they took it off GitHub. I've heard it might re-appear in a few months.
