Hi Ted. That link is completely useless in my situation, as I have explained. Please tell the person who dedicated this link as standard response to this kind of issues to go fuck themselves. What would have been useful? A way of contacting someone who has a clue.
I've been told yesterday that the bag would be delivered before 9am. Now it's 11:30. No bag. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody takes responsibility. This is completely unacceptable! Nothing gives you the right to treat people like this!
