I can't stay here all day on the off chance that they may stop by to deliver the bag! If I would have been told delivery is an issue beforehand then I would have picked it up by taxi personally from the airport today. (Tracking tells me it is already at the airport.)
But I can't just drive there because my bag may already be in a delivery van en route, and nobody would be here to receive it while I am empty handed at the airport. That would be really easy to clear up of course IF SOMEBODY WOULD PICK UP THAT DAMN PHONE!

Hi Ted. That link is completely useless in my situation, as I have explained. Please tell the person who dedicated this link as standard response to this kind of issues to go fuck themselves. What would have been useful? A way of contacting someone who has a clue.
