Go further: refine the silicon yourself, etch the chips with hydrofluoric acid you refined yourself, dope the silicon using heavy ion accelerators you designed and built, and it's not complete without a new novel number system you built from scratch either!

Copying someones process, using binary synchronous logic, or using a von Neumann model makes you just an imitator. You'd need to invent your own non-binary logic and realize it with a novel physical process. Execution model to fit the logic and a novel programming model & lang.
