I've been programming C++ getting on for 25-years. Yet today I learned about the Alternative Operator Tokens in which you can write... if (foo && !bar) {} ...as... if (foo and not bar) { } Now I'm freaking out. How did I never hear about those before?

But are they practical? I don't think so/are not for me.
Afaiu they are for systems that don't have for example & or | in their character set.
