Yea so heres what I'm guessing the gameplan might be. Take samsung for example. Push out new cellphones with RiscV. On platforms that need ARM, those RiscV have ARM implementations the Android/Linux kernel can bootstrap (ENTERX) into for reverse compat. New versions run on RiscV.
