No. Among other things it's a criminal campaign finance violation and (52 U.S.C. § 30121) and Conspiracy to Defraud the US (18 U.S.C. § 371). But Treason (18 U.S.C. § 2381) is only applicable in war times. Senator, did Congress declare war against Russia? I don't think so. 1/2
Calling it treason is an ineffective rebuttal for the "collusion is not a crime" gaslighting. The US President is muddying the water. This can only be countered by adding facts to the discussion. Adding your own mud is just making things worse. 2/2
