(1) That's really cool (2) No such thing as one-way mirrors. Just semi transparent mirrors seperating a significantly brighter lit and a significantly less bright lit space. That's also why it needs all those LEDs.

So 1 -> 2 and 2 -> 1? I don't see how this is a mirror at all, one-way or otherwise. If anything it is a window. Light coming in one side is simply existing the other side.
