I just can't let this go. Too many questions remain http://www.latticesemi.com/Products/DevelopmentBoardsAndKits/ECP5VersaDevelopmentKit.aspx … Is it only version versions 3.5 or later that are award-winning? Should I call the FuseSoC backend award_winning_diamond? Should I spend more time with the family instead of dwelling on these questions?
OrConf needs to start giving random awards to projects, so we can have award-winning fusesoc using award-winning Yosys, award-winning Verilator, and award-winning Icarus Verilog to synthesize and simulate some award-winning open source cores.

We have actually thought about some kind of FOSSi Foundation-sponsored award to honor some of you who are doing all this great work. My contribution was to call the award ceremony FOSSi aw c'mon... Don't think we got any further, come to think of it

We all hate those buzz words and advertisement. But unfortunately it does work and people do not know about these solutions if they are not hit with them over the head using and award/article/advert hammer. So I do think a FOSSi award is a good idea for the open source ecosystem.
