Unless you are evaluating it in a boolean expression. In that case the result would be "true": (0x2b) || !(0x2b). Of course, you could simplify the boolean expression as well, since 2B is already true
Obviously "2B OR NOT 2B" is an 8-bit expression and the only correct result is FF. Duh!
