Debugging a circuit, found a 74LS74 that isn't working. I think the part is mismarked. I don't remember what the 74xx number is for a dual edge-triggered flop-flop with asynchronous clear and clear, but that's what this part seems to be.
Finally a definitive answer to whether flip or flop is the cleared state. :D
