Yes I agree, DPD is probably the worst parcel service. Certainly worse than UPS in my experience. I had so much troubles with DPD in the last 10 years that I'm now avoiding using DPD altogether in cases where I have any control over which service is used.

#protip: I also recently learned the hard way: never return ship something with your own label, as one is responsible then if it get's lost, always use and insist on the "test sample" providing company for a return label, then they can deal with it ;-)!Thanks.
