Your drivers simply don't ring in many cases when it's a private residence on the third floor in a house without elevator. I've had similar experiences all the time, also with other logistics companies and in other places I lived before. 2/
I don't have any excess energy to spend on (another) discussion where you driver claims they of course did ring and I know they didn't but can't prove it. So thanks, but no thanks, I don't need you to look into this. 3/3
