Some more tuning and better results: This graph is from 50 ms RTT (tested at 100 ms, 200 ms also). All RTT seem to experience low latency. App BPS hovers around 95% of channel capacity + bursts from probes. This is working better than expected so far.pic.twitter.com/EWG4MugiaG

Fixed the drop-off after slow-start. In this trace it hovers around 1 MBPS. Queue delay is not exceeding 20 milliseconds, with 400 ms RTT. Pretty stellar actually and I haven't started tuning anything yet..pic.twitter.com/D7qNXdSpd7
