@Quatroking It's cacheing stuff locally, then streaming it to the cloud servers. -
@oceanquigley So.. how long could one lose internet before getting kicked (if at all)

@oceanquigley@weebl_101 The problem is that cities on regions affect eachother, in SC4 when I want a "clean slate" I start a new region.
