"One" is also "Eins" "Einst" means something along the lines of "A long time ago". But he got Two right, which is (checks notes) 1 out of 3.

There's a clear lack of QA here, but it's probably not the translator's fault. You're often just handed a giant spreadsheet containing a bunch of text strings with little to no context.
