-Chickpeas (high in protein)
-Broccoli
-Roasted sweet potato
-Chopped baby spinach
-Red onion
Dressing (lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper)

What's in my chia seed pudding:
-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Blended ingredients:
-Frozen Berries
-1 scoop of vegan protein powder
-Rolled oats
-Frozen Banana
I left this in the fridge over night so the chia seeds can soak.

The other day you posted oats in that simila jar as that one, looked like it had passion fruit/ grandilla lookd so delicious, how did you make that???

This one? I soaked my oats and chia seeds over night in soya milk. In the morning I topped it off with granadilla and vanilla yogurt. It's very nice and filling.
