    Truth be told, I don't always feel good about my body🤞🏾 "Moghel your abs could be better, I need to work my legs more" I've had to learn how to love it in order to work on it. Also there's more to the health journey than looking a certain way right?

    When done right, veganism shouldn't negatively after your level of activity.

    -Have balanced meals: enough protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables (especially the greens) -Keep healthy snacks (in moderation, this will help you not starve your body) -Drink enough water

    Like with any other diet, if there's no balance in the food you consume you will not get the benefits of going vegan. Sometimes you find that people go vegan and end up on a heavy carb diet with little vegetables and fruits and more wheat based products...

    🌱How veganism can affect you physical activities? Veganism is a way of life, where one chooses to be plant-based (i.e no animal products). You find healthy and unhealthy vegans. Just because one is vegan it doesn't automatically mean they are being healthy.. (thread)
