    It's hard to drive excellence in volunteer-driven efforts, or so I used to think before joining last year. And when I dig deeper into how these orgs deliver, quite often it boils down to the quality that's brought in by the volunteers themselves... 1/n

    Essentially, none of those numbers are correct; all are vast undercounts. I collated local news reports (HT ) across seven districts, finding that overall, numbers of Covid victims who have been cremated are 10x larger than official Covid death counts in same areas.
