Education right after crime and homelessness among concerns for Albuquerque voters. Far outpaces both COVID and climate change! Candidates take note!

Addressing climate change lags FAR behind crime, homelessness, and poor school quality in new @ABQJournal poll. Only exceeds #covid19 in salience: errorsofenchantment.com/climate-change #nmpol #nmleg @larrybehrens @NMOilAndGas @IPANewMexico @saeverley @AStuttaford

I wonder what will attempt to bribe New Mexico children with in order to get them vaccinated? Ponies? Candy?
Quote Tweet
“12- to 17-year-olds who get vaccinated will be offered ‘services, products, and unique experiences’ from Minnesota health officials.” “Walz added that these incentives will extend to 5- to 11-year-olds once the FDA approves a vaccine for them” alphanews.org/walz-intends-t

I'm SHOCKED that the State isn't sharing this information. They don't want you to know how much losing a year of in-person schooling damaged your kid.

Without tests, it'll be hard to say whether New Mexico students are learning and to what degree. @AP @Report4America's @viaCedar has more on the challenge of quantifying learning loss from the pandemic: apnews.com/article/busine #nmleg #nmpol #education
