I accelerate my long computations by using cached pickles of intermediary datasets... Then, I change some deeper piece of code and relaunch, having forgotten that pickle... Then I get the weirdest results and scratch my head for some time... Until I remind the pickle XD
i re-mixed it with some fresh dough, gave it a little more rise, and baked it anyways. not much rise but we'll see what it tastes like for lunch

Lately I try again liquid dough (at least 80% hydration) but I would need some kind of baking cloth to prevent my dough from flattening too fast as I don't use any dutch oven anymore...
