So I get migraines but I do take caffeine pills every morning, if I don't drink coffee. I don't eat sugar (refined sugar, fructose for example is fine) for various reasons mainly taste (no sweet tooth). I do it for a mix of ethical and health and just basic personal preference.

Reducing coffee to a set time and amount every morning helps my migraines. But for all other things to do with diet, I have to admit I haven't noticed a big difference in my health. I do have IBS though sadly, which is really annoying.

IBS ha? I've got something similar. Any problems with iron/hemoglobine (like me)? Migraines are a whole different thing I believe. Other factors like emotional stress, mould in the house can cause migraines too if I recall correctly

I don't think I have low iron TBH, but if you think you have IBS... have you tried cutting out (or even just reducing) FODMAPs? It's a tough ride. https://www.ibsdiets.org/fodmap-diet/fodmap-food-list/ …

The real evil killer is onions, which is also in every fucking food product. You just start to learn off by heart what foods don't have onions and sadly cook your own food without onions.

Cool :) I don't have IBS though. It's a bit complicated. But it is a problem that I love everything spicy + garlic and onions 🔥pic.twitter.com/EVUmF9pXfP

How do you take it? I go the "no taste" way always as I'm scared (I'm a supertaster and it's no fun) and have capsules. Do you put that oil straight on your tongue?

I'll probably die if I put straight it on my tongue 😁 This shit is too highly concentrated for me! I can mix it with water, or inhale its fumes, or even rub it on the forehead or around the ears to relieve head/ear pressure.
