I've never used non-plant protein regularly so I can't make the comparison. As for muscle aches, I find the recovery time to be significantly less when my diet is plant based overall. I also get muscle spasms after exercise and using magnesium tablets helps me with that A LOT

Also use this overview to try and figure out what probiotic you might need to buy (you don't have to buy from that company):https://www.optibacprobiotics.co.uk/faq/which-probiotics-are-for-ibs …

Oh man that's hard indeed

The real evil killer is onions, which is also in every fucking food product. You just start to learn off by heart what foods don't have onions and sadly cook your own food without onions.

Oh, and peppermint oil does work to soothe your digestive system.https://www.nhs.uk/news/medication/peppermint-does-soothe-ibs/ …

Cool :) I don't have IBS though. It's a bit complicated. But it is a problem that I love everything spicy + garlic and onions

How do you take it? I go the "no taste" way always as I'm scared (I'm a supertaster and it's no fun) and have capsules. Do you put that oil straight on your tongue?
-
I'll probably die if I put straight it on my tongue
This shit is too highly concentrated for me! I can mix it with water, or inhale its fumes, or even rub it on the forehead or around the ears to relieve head/ear pressure. -
Haha, dying is bad!

We can't know for sure!
