Hope you feel (much) better again soon, Olivia - and that this comes together with LOTS of nice/fun things to do and think about.

Means a lot! And what's cool about knowing a tiny bit of psych is I know this will pass.

-
Ah, that's great to hear - being able to keep sight of and know that is a gift. But anyway sending kittens... (I'm like just assuming you, like me, get cheered up by kittens... ;) )pic.twitter.com/d4IEZHcoQi

Yes! I have learned cats can be cool too. Also after decades of being terribly allergic, I'm actually not anymore? Really strange!
-
It is odd how these things come and go - my pollen allergies are getting better too :)
-
Yeah, mine seems to've gone. Maybe because for the first time (with time-averaging over current period) I feel safer as well as everything else going better? No idea, but I am sure some stress factor is actually relevant. Main effect must be age though. But really, who knows.

-
I'm totally unsure whether changes I notice with age are due to changed perceptions/awareness or physical changes (things like now preferring silence to music, or how things like weather, hunger, thirst, fatigue effect my mood. I guess both...?!?! :)
-
I get you but... allergies though... you can't really ignore a running nose really.

Take a day or two off and relax. Do something fun or engaging. That seems to help me.
-
I wish! My house is under constriction and I sadly both have to live in it and supervise it. Maybe after it's all done.

-
Ugh. Double whammy. Maybe a nap? :) I don't mean to be flippant, but anything you can do to get your energy back - rest, exercise - will help. Pushups. Sit-ups. Squats. Anything. This is what I have to do when my meds aren't working. Hang in there!
-
Yeah, gym will help. Hopefully getting in an hour of work will help.
-
That's to say research. But I think I'll do less than an hour. Just to ease myself back into actually doing science again.
