Sex and gander are the same. A trans woman's sex is female.

Ok, that is clear but can it be (asking because I don't know) that they are separated? Such as some one that has sex A, gender B but does not consider themselves trans?

No, because I cannot think of a case wherein that would not be misgendering. Sex and gender are both constructs humans have created. If you want to know if somebody has a vagina or penis or neither you can ask about genitals.

By "you can ask about genitals" obviously I mean in the appropriate context and respectfully.

Intersex people, of which there are many with great voices on Twitter, often don't consider themselves trans but I bet they also would dislike being labelled by gender-/sex-related words they do not identify with.
