Coming to terms with having lost all our furniture (completely destroyed) and other worldly possessions (possibly our clothes are OK) yesterday is really tough. Esp. since we're already under a lot of stress with our house renovation. Somehow, I suppose, this too shall pass.

I do not know how or why but I have the strength to keep going. But things are, while "only things", also extremely important to psychological and physical being. Can't believe we don't & won't have, e.g., any furniture to sit on or eat off of. I can do this. I am strong.

Oh shit, that’s a horrible (and disgusting) situation. Definitely stronger than me: I’d be in tears at this point, while also contemplating which of that cat’s toys it its favourite. My revenge would be petty, and just as unsanitary as the original act.pic.twitter.com/lvVxW01DDC

Yeah, it's very sad. I think I'm only keeping it together because it feels like similar or worse things have happened to me only recently. Also yeah, that cat is a massive douche — never liked him.

When it rains, it pours? I imagine the renovation is as much of an upheaval as moving house (one of the most stressful things a person can do) and to lose all your possessions as well...?! Just... fuck. Next car to near-miss you is likely going to be flipped over, one handed.pic.twitter.com/sEkNDU5F4f

Yeah, we moved out and we are in fact moving in tomorrow!

Maybe neuter the cat again? Totally sounds like it deserves it. Good luck with tomorrow’s move!
