OK, so there's two different things going on here. 1. Copy-pasting SNIPPETS is usually fine because 2 lines of code or like how write a Python list comprehension for the thing at hand is not really "intellectual property". That's what snippet means usually.

Not sure about "dangerous," but perhaps cumbersome. What dangerous issue(s) are you referring to? In any case, I was just joking. I add the ignore warnings at the end after I know the code runs.

Oh, THAT. Yeah, I can see how that can be a big issue. However, I do regular sanity checks on my data to make sure everything is as expected.
