Adding a bunch of awesome colleagues who I think haven't been mentioned yet. If I am forgetting you, my apologies, add yourself or DM me!

I wonder if people feel excluded or avoid putting themselves under the "modelling" umbrella because of the culture that comes with "modeller" or like some impostor syndrome or something else? I often worry about all these things interacting.

Good question! For me it's about experience - I don't think I can call myself a modeller if I've never actually done any modelling work. My tutorial simply includes the steps I took when trying to *learn* agent-based modelling, but I haven't taken the next step & implemented it..

When you say "done any modelling work" do you mean published or programmed? Because if you mean you haven't published anything yet, I don't think it matters really.
