This is not true. Intellectuals are better equipped to filter propaganda out. As well, intellectuals are used to being fooled and admitting this to themselves and colleagues a lot, as this is often part of their everyday occupation.

Also just to be clear she said "People who consider themselves intellectual" and not intellectuals. You might think it's a nitpick but it's actually the crux of how to detect Dunning-Kruger.
