I repeat, considering themselves X does not preclude actually being X. It might also be that X might be aware of being X, you know... If A is cosidering themselves to be of sex X, does it automatically imply that A's genitals are of the corresponding shape?

You are trying to tell me that a statement akin to "People who consider themselves male are not born male" has a merit. No, no matter how many psychology your quote to prove yourselves true. Hell, I spend half of my time teaching people to write unambiguously. :-)
