I dunno what's wrong w me these days (stress?) but I keep forgetting I'm bilingual & I did a BSc in Computer Science. Like for real — thoughts pass through my head: "Oh, I wish I could speak another language super well!" And: "Would've been cool to've been taught to code".

Hey, you said *another* language, not a second language. Maybe you should learn another language! Maybe Chinese?

I'm honored you think I'm able. I'm genuinely bad at this language malarkey as it is.

Oh come now. Including programming languages, you already know at least 3, right?

I'm bilingual but then diglossic in Greek. So you could argue 3. I know very basic Italian and French. Programming languages are really easy though. I know like 10+.

Also, this fluent conversation we're having is in your second language, isn't it? I think perhaps you're better than you give yourself credit for.

No, I'm a native English speaker. I grew up speaking both. My dad's English.

Ah, sorry, my mistake. You're fluent in both though, right?

Fluent and native in English and Cypriot Greek. But Cypriot Greek is diglossic so I also know Modern Greek too. Complex and annoying.
