I dunno what's wrong w me these days (stress?) but I keep forgetting I'm bilingual & I did a BSc in Computer Science. Like for real — thoughts pass through my head: "Oh, I wish I could speak another language super well!" And: "Would've been cool to've been taught to code".

Yeah. Very much. We compare ourselves w/ all our flaws to a vaguely defined and wispy ideal of a hypothetical hyperspecialist and ask ourselves why we can’t be more like the wind. Not helpful!

Exactly! I’m tired of it! It takes effort and practice to remember my own accomplishments. But I gotta do it or the darkness starts to press in.

BTW a good way is to keep notes of what you accomplished over the day or week. I used to do that and it really helps put stuff into perspective, should get back on it.
